Description |
In this weak economy Municipalities
must look at all possible sources of revenue, including the
sale of public property. This review will start with the
Central Registry of the Municipality and proceed through the
analysis of Sale to Contiguous Property Owner, to the highest
bidder at a public auction, to a designated developer or to a
quasi-public entity will be examined. All the various
procedures will be examined with the appropriate detail.
Sample documentation needed to effectuate each type of sale
will be available.
